Your Mission
Are you passionate about enabling seamless, future-proof HR processes through powerful integrations? As a SuccessFactors Integration Expert, you will help large organizations build robust bridges between SAP SuccessFactors and their surrounding HR IT landscape – with a strong focus on SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). You’ll shape the way employee data flows across systems, countries, and functions.
 

What you can expect
 

  • You design and implement integrations using SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) – particularly for Employee Central and Payroll replication scenarios.

  • You configure and optimize interfaces via SAP Integration Suite / CPI, working with OData, SOAP/REST APIs, and IDoc-based flows.

  • You collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

  • You monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integration flows to ensure performance, stability, and compliance.

  • You work in an international delivery setup (onshore/nearshore/offshore) and contribute to successful go-lives of global HR transformations.
     

The earliest possible start date for this position is January 2026.

What we are looking for:
 

  • You bring solid experience in integration or technical consulting, ideally within an SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment.

  • You bring deep hands-on expertise in SAP BIB and understand SuccessFactors data models (Employee Central, Organizational Structure, Time, etc.).

  • You are confident in configuring SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) flows, including mappings, authentication, and exception handling.

  • You are familiar with SAP ECC or S/4HANA HCM integration requirements.

  • You have practical ABAP programming experience, particularly for implementing enhancements or BADIs in the BIB context where required.

  • You speak English fluently; German is a strong asset, especially for client-facing interactions in DACH.
