BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company specializing in SAP solutions. We are currently looking for a talented SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement and optimize their SAP HR systems, focusing on the Success Factors suite. Your expertise will help clients enhance their HR processes and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their HR processes.
- Design and configure SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on the Success Factors platform.
- Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to Success Factors.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after go-live.
- Stay informed on the latest updates and best practices within SAP Success Factors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with SAP Success Factors.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management within Success Factors.
- Ability to configure and customize Success Factors modules.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
