The Role
Data Integration Developer for SAP SPM (SuccessFactors Incentive Management) application and external data sources.
Responsibilities
Act as a developer for integrations within the implementation of SAP SPM, MDG, BW, Workday and CIS
Develop and support data integrations between SAP SPM (HANA) and external source / target applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Develop and support custom procedures and scripts in HANA db to deliver data for custom reports, process and transform data for various SPM areas (T&Q, etc.)
Drive solution design, implementation and deployment partnering with our Business team
Partner with SAP solution architects, consultants, and Kyndryl end-users to determine, estimate and document technical requirements
Perform hands-on development and oversight of integrations
This position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating existing SAP solution (its customized part) as well as development work on new requirements from our business team.

Required Skills and Expertise
10+ years Experience with technical adapters (HTTP_AAE, IDoc_AAE, RFC, SOAP, SFTP, REST, AS2) & should have technical integration experience on SAP & non-SAP systems using these adapters
Understanding and experience with SAP Sales Performance Management, SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), Datasphere and Azure, deep knowledge and experience with Data Provisioning Agent, APIs is a big advantage
Experience in building encryption/decryption techniques when sending data b/w upstream and downstream systems
Knowledge and experience with building stored procedures (SQL Script, HANA database) and data tables
Experience with MS Power Shell scripting
Knowledge of SAP CPI tools (mapping tools/editors) and different mapping styles (Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, XSLT Mapping) is an advantage
Operational experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
