Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Vertex PLUS Tools for SAP expert in North America to join our team as an SAP Solutions SME. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the Vertex PLUS Tools, focusing on training, sales support, product development collaboration, and providing expert assistance to both consultants and customer support. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging content, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to product enhancements and documentation. Additionally, you will support consultants during deployment and troubleshoot functional issues related to PLUS Tools.
Job Responsibilities
· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Training & Enablement, preparing and delivering engaging training content and videos on PLUS Tools
· Support Sales by delivering persuasive sales demos and addressing customer inquiries during pre-sales activities related to PLUS Tools
· Collaborate with product development to identify necessary product enhancements and bug fixes for PLUS Tools
· Contribute to new product releases by assisting with quality assurance and updating product documentation for PLUS Tools
· Provide expert support to VC and Alliance consultants during the deployment of PLUS Tools, with an expectation of 500-600 billable hours per year
· Offer specialized assistance to Customer Support in troubleshooting functional issues related to PLUS Tools
Qualifications
· Solid functional knowledge of PLUS Tools, with implementation and usage experience preferred
· Familiarity with other SAP tools, such as Accelerator, and components like TUESday and SPOT, is highly desirable
· Energetic and positive presentation skills
· Ability to clearly articulate the purpose, value, and benefits of PLUS Tools
· Technical proficiency in office programs, including PPT, Visio, and Excel
· Strong customer focus, with an understanding of customer concerns and the ability to address them using SAP Tools
· Self-motivated and accountable approach with strong sense of teamwork
· A constant desire to learn and expand knowledge

Education and training:
· Bachelor’s Degree Required;
· Ten (10) years of experience using SAP and/or PLUS Tools;
· Or equivalent combination of education/experience
