Position Summary: Be an SAP S/4 HANA technology leader at Agiliti. This individual will design, configure and implement creative solutions that leverage SAP capabilities to solve business problems. 

The SAP Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with other product scrum team members executing in an Agile scrum framework to deliver solutions with the highest quality standards. You will bring a systems-thinking perspective as you work across product scrum teams to deliver highly reliable, end-to-end solutions that stretch across multiple platforms.

This role requires a person who is highly motivated with excellent analysis skills who can help Agiliti integrate acquisitions and grow existing businesses. The SAP Solutions Architect is willing to step in and make an immediate impact as Agiliti develops products that have the power to change a life.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for the design, build and implementation of complex SAP solutions from an application and business process standpoint.
  • Work with business and Agiliti Digital Solutions team leads to design, build, and implement complex solutions leveraging SAP capabilities.
  • Define systems strategy, develop systems technical requirements, design and prototype testing, and define support procedures, plus implement workable business solutions
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Analyze system user requirements to define and design system interfaces, enhancements, and/or modifications.
  • Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact.
  • Design Interface solutions based on Functional Specs and the review of technical specifications
  • Advise on automating transaction, master data integration and order management.
  • Support the implementation and migration of projects.
  • Involved in gathering, consolidation, cleansing and uploading of master data (ex. Material Master, Info records, Vendor master and Customer master) from legacy systems and load data to SAP
  • Stay up to date on SAP solutions and bring forward recommendations to business partners where new feature functionality can solve Agiliti business problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related degree
  • At least 8+ years of work experience in SAP for manufacturing, or services environments, implementing SAP applications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Hands-on configuration Experience in S/4 HANA 1809 and higher for complex implementations for at least one full implementation/migration project
  • Activation of Fiori apps
  • Functional understanding of SAP SD, MM, WM, FICO, PM, SM and QM modules
  • Experience in creating/configuring workflows
  • Experience implementing BADI’s, BAPI’s, User exits, Enhancements and implementing OSS notes
  • Experience in configuration and mapping of EDI/ALE and worked extensively on interfacing with Sap and non-SAP systems
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and how SAP connects with other 3rd party applications.
  • Experience in creating CDS views/HANA views
  • Experience with EDI processes & message types (810, 846, 850, 855, 865, etc.)
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in an Agile environment and advanced-level understanding of the agile scrum framework
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple deliverables concurrently in Agile environment.
  • Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision
