Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Solution Architect/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based at our manufacturing plants in Taiwan, ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements and manufacturing processes. The individual will report to the central IT Enterprise Business Systems team and will play a critical role in optimizing our SAP landscape to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP Solution Architecture & Design:

Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements and improve manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with central IT SAP COE to ensure consistency and integration with global SAP standards and practices.

Provide architectural guidance to the site and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the manufacturing plants.

Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for SAP enhancements.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Work closely with plant operations and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

Ensure proper change management and user training for new SAP functionalities and updates.

Act as the liaison between the manufacturing plant and central IT and functional COE Teams.

Ensure robust integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SAP initiatives and projects.

Provide onsite support and training as needed
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP solution architecture and business analysis.

Proven experience in SAP implementation and support within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP modules such as PP, MM, QM, PM, and integration with FI/CO.
