We’re now seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead RTR to lead the design, and implementation of our Record-to-Report processes. You’ll be the strategic link between business and technology, ensuring our SAP solutions deliver measurable value and support our wider business objectives.

This is a complex, large-scale program replacing multiple legacy systems. You’ll work with leading-edge tech, a globally distributed team, and contribute to a transformation that spans Europe, North America, and beyond.

About the Role

As SAP Solution Lead RTR, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report solution within one of Husqvarna Group’s most significant transformation programs. Your role will span from strategic planning to hands-on solution design, guiding the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across multiple regions and business units.

You will work cross-functionally with both business and IT, driving solution alignment, process standardization, and integration across the finance landscape. A key part of your responsibility will be to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions—ensuring system design supports financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will lead architectural discussions, contribute to the development of digital roadmaps, and ensure that the system landscape evolves in line with both business needs and technological advancements. Working closely with global stakeholders, you’ll also play a critical role in change management, risk assessment, and ensuring that project delivery stays on course.

About You 

With more than 15 years of experience in SAP Finance, you combine strategic perspective with deep functional expertise. You understand the full Record-to-Report cycle—from accounting and financial close to finance master data and reporting—across IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP contexts.

You’ve delivered global SAP programs, often in hybrid setups (Waterfall/Agile), and know how to build high-value digital roadmaps. Your experience spans SAP Finance, S/4HANA, Treasury & Cash Management, and beyond. Tools like Solution Manager, BPMN, and SAP analytics are second nature to you.

You lead by example—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to every phase of delivery. You influence across functions, communicate with impact, and focus on what truly matters: delivering results. Collaborative by nature, structured in your approach, and pragmatic in delivery—you thrive in complexity, inspire confidence, and make things happen.

Location

This role can be located at any of our sites in Sweden (Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered).

The role includes traveling worldwide from time to time (when the business needs).
