As an SAP Order to Cash Specialist, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide technical support and guidance for our contracts, delivery, and billing business processes. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and demonstrated experience of working with SAP Sales and Distribution module including Resource Related Billing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and enhancing and overlapping solution containing Dassian and SAP, inclusive of Master Data, Transactional, Reporting, and RICEFW. This will include ticket tracking, interacting with business and technical resources to resolve issues, identify enhancements, request changes with Dassian support where applicable, test solutions, and implement changes in applications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and Dassian contracts and billing issues in a timely manner, including working directly with business users on production support and releases of new functionality
  • Enhance existing SAP functionality and request improvements with Dassian where applicable to continue to improve and evolve the solution with agile releases of new functionality into production environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solution capabilities
  • Develop and execute testing plans for bug-fixes and new functionality to support change control processes
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP costing functionalities
  • Coordinate and collaborate across multi-discipline/multi-departmental teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit/compliance requirements, and operational requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: Software Requirements, Software User Guides, and Software Test Plans

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC solutions
  • Minimum 3 End to End implementation experiences in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), preferably with a government contracting business
  • Familiarity with S/4 HANA and/or ECC architecture, including basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
  • Proficiency in SAP core SD process integration with Project Systems
  • Experience with resolving bugs and implementing enhancements for existing SAP S4 HANA system
  • Understanding of changes between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC, specifically Fiori and Business Partners
  • Experience in building complex custom reports
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP contracts and billing issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SAP contracts and billing trends and best practices
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and/or supporting SAP Contracts and Billing functionality for organizations with government contracts
  • Experience with Dassian software suite, particularly Contracts Management and Billing (CMB) or Contracts & Project Billing (COPB) and Flow Down
  • Experience in building complex custom reports
  • Proficiency with Jira, Backlog Grooming, Leading Stand-ups
  • Ability to motivate and work with others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills that enable you to create, communicate, track and execute plans in a team environment
  • Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$138,634.92 - $190,623.01
