We are looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing site in Codolet and contributing to a major ERP transformation program.
This position combines operational ownership and strategic transformation:
- Short term: Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the current ERP system (IFS) at site level
- Mid-term: Support and drive the transition to SAP S/4HANA as part of Revvity’s global digital transformation
A strong focus will be placed on data integrity and system integration, ensuring reliable and consistent data across the application landscape.
Job ResponsibilityERP Operations & Site Support (IFS)
Act as the primary IT ERP partner for the Codolet manufacturing site
- Ensure day-to-day ERP availability, performance, and user support
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (including configuration)
- Coordinate with global IT teams for incident resolution and enhancements
Data Integrity & Integration
Define and enforce data governance principles across systems
- Ensure consistency of master data and transactional data
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies
- Collaborate with integration teams to design and improve interfaces
ERP Transformation (IFS → S/4HANA)
Support the transition of the site to SAP S/4HANA
- Contribute to target solution design and architecture
- Drive business process harmonization and alignment with global templates
- Participate in configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Act as a bridge between local business teams and the global program
Architecture & Project Leadership
Lead ERP-related technical workstreams across projects
- Translate business needs into end-to-end solution designs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners
- Ensure compliance with ISO13485 / ISO9001 requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in application management, overseeing successful ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
- Extensive knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Business and user support oriented.
- Experience working global organization and across different time zones.
- Tier1 ERP Experience
- IFS experience is a plus.
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and macros
- French and English are mandatory
- Play a key role in a major ERP transformation (IFS → S/4HANA)
- Combine operational impact and strategic influence

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in SAP application management and solution delivery
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain SAP processes
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and system integration concepts
- Fluent in English and French
