Job Description
This role is responsible for managing vendors and overseeing the governance of small to medium-sized applications. The role includes two primary responsibilities:

Level 4 Support: Providing expert technical support for the Financial Shipment Forecast (FSF) application. This requires advanced coding and problem-solving skills to independently handle escalated technical issues and ensure coverage for the NALA region.

Leadership Responsibilities: Supervising and overseeing the work of other developers while actively contributing as a developer. The candidate will participate in all project stages, including design, build, testing, and post-go-live, with clear documentation of roles and responsibilities for each stage.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate globally with P&G technical teams and service managers.

Work closely with partner vendors to ensure the FSF application is accessible, functional, and user-friendly.

Perform bug fixes and design continuous improvements for the application.

Proactively seek ways to enhance the application and user experience.

Manage Problem, Change, and Incident Management (PCIM) to ensure BW changes do not negatively impact the FSF application or other P&G finance systems.

Support regular SAP system upgrades, ensuring they do not disrupt the application’s functionality.

Maintain the application’s audit readiness and security throughout its lifecycle.
