- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of SAP enhancements, integrations, and reports for SAP-based compliance solutions.
- Champion SAP development best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement across the SAP Consulting organization, conducting peer code reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards.
- Translate functional specifications and business requirements into technical designs and development deliverables, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and quality where applicable.
- Support implementation projects through all phases (build, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and Hyper-Care), working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents, performing technical root-cause analysis across SAP, XML, middleware, tax engines, and government interfaces.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution design documents, deployment guides, code review artifacts, and knowledge transfer documentation.
