Requirements
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Benefits QA professional to execute end-to-end testing for
SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Benefits and SAP HCM Benefits implementations. The ideal
candidate has solid US benefits domain knowledge, hands-on experience running integration and
interface test scenarios, and the ability to work effectively within a structured test workstream on complex
SAP/SF programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Execute test cases and test scripts for EC Benefits and SAP HCM Benefits across ITC, UAT.
2)Perform benefits enrollment testing — open enrollment, new hire enrollment, qualifying life events
(QLEs), and mid-year changes
3)Execute benefits interface testing — inbound/outbound carrier feeds and third-party vendor
integrations
4)Validate benefit plan configuration including eligibility rules, cost calculations, deduction amounts,
and coverage tiers
5)Perform EC Benefits-to-SAP HCM Benefits replication validation (BIB / Mini Master) where
applicable
6)Log, document, and track defects clearly in test management tools (ALM/JIRA/HPQC or
equivalent) with full replication steps
7)Execute data validation and negative test scenarios for benefits eligibility, enrollment rules, and
payroll deduction setup
8)Participate in test preparation activities — review test scripts, flag gaps, and provide execution
status updates to the test lead
9)Support UAT by assisting business users with scenario execution and defect clarification
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
1)3 to 5 years of total experience in the Benefits domain (SAP HCM Benefits and/or
SuccessFactors EC Benefits)
2)1–2 years of US Benefits experience — US benefit plan types (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA,
401k, life/disability), open enrollment cycles, ACA compliance
3)2+ years of hands-on integration testing / SIT execution experience on SAP or SuccessFactors
programs
4)Direct experience testing benefits carrier interfaces — enrollment feeds, third-party vendor
integrations
Technical Skills
1)SuccessFactors EC Benefits — benefits program/plan setup, eligibility rules, enrollment events, life
event configuration
2)SAP HCM Benefits — infotype processing (IT0167, IT0168, IT0169), benefit plan configuration,
payroll deduction integration
3)Integration testing experience across HR-to-Benefits, Benefits-to-Payroll, and Benefits-to-Carrier
data flows
Skills Required
