We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement capabilities, driving transformation and operational excellence through SAP S/4HANA and related solutions (PP, QM, MM, EAM, and EHS).
This role focuses on executing digital transformation, process standardization, and enabling scalable operations across manufacturing and supply chain execution. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep SAP expertise and proven team leadership experience.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead IT delivery for Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, EAM, and EHS, ensuring alignment with business priorities and program objectives.
- Execute ERP transformation initiatives, process improvements, and standardization across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, EAM, and EHS domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, GPOs, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations) to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Oversee design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions (PP, QM, MM, EAM, EHS) in alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts, functional leads, and solution architects (team size ~10+).
- Build high-performing teams and drive effective cross-functional execution.
- Manage master data governance for PP, QM, MM, EAM, and EHS.
- Ensure seamless integration across Manufacturing, Quality, EAM, EHS, Warehouse, and Transportation processes.
- Manage AMS vendors, ensuring service delivery, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiative
Preferred Background, Skills, and Experience
- 12–15+ years of SAP experience across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, EAM, and EHS, with 4–6 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs (PP, QM, MM, EAM, EHS).
- Experience in global delivery models supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Exposure to supplier management and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions within defined architecture.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
