1. Continuous Application Operations

  • Scope: Manage customer business processes within defined application scope.
  • Incident Management: Resolve incidents through service restoration, workaround, or action plan.
  • Problem Management: Perform root cause analysis, propose resolutions, recommend optimizations, and involve product support if needed.
  • Service Request Management: Handle standard service and change requests from key users.

2. Continuous Application Improvements

  • Scope: Implement improvements for customer business processes within defined application scope.
  • Service Request Management: Address non-standard service requests.
  • Change Management: Process non-standard change requests.

3. Proactive Application Management

  • Scope: Deliver proactive management for customer business processes.
  • Monitoring & Remediation: Provide business process and application monitoring, automated remediation, and AI-generated reports.
  • Custom Code Analysis: Conduct periodic analysis to maintain clean core principles.
  • Landscape Management: Manage system and cloud instances in monitoring tools.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in SAP implementation and support

Key Responsibilities
  • Act As A Subject Matter Expert Wherever Required. Mentor The Junior Analysts To Improve Their Performance Through Feedback And Coaching. Build Product Expertise On A Large Quantity Of Diverse Products Through Thorough Research And Analysis Of Data From Multiple Channels. Provide Value Add To Business Process / Application Improvement Through Research And Analysis
  • Prepare And Develop Documentation For Tools And Project Processes To Support The Lead Trainer And Team Lead. Define Deliverables And Measures For The Project. Track Metrics At And Engagement And Individual Level And Monitor Timelines / Milestones
  • Prepare Periodic Report. Escalate And Solve Challenges With Respect To Projects In Coordination With Internal/External Stake Holders
  • Oversee A Small Group Of Project Team Who Are Responsible To Optimize Work Allocation To Maximize And Balance The Broad Set Of Goals Defined By The Team Leads


Skills Required

  • Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience in SAP implementation and support
  • Expertise in SAP modules: FICO, ABAP, CM/TRM, BTP, SAP Build
  • Proven experience leading and executing SAP projects, providing technical and functional delivery
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, service request management, and change management
  • Experience in proactive application management: monitoring, automated remediation, custom code analysis, and landscape management
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing
  • Ability to prepare documentation, define deliverables, track metrics, and produce periodic reports
