The Role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP SD problems in a timely manner
  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain SAP SD documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and implement solutions
  • Participate in SAP SD system upgrades, patches, and new implementations
  • Conduct user training sessions on SAP SD functionality and best practices
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans for SAP SD modules
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for the SD module
  • Participate in projects related to SAP SD implementation and enhancements
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP SD module configuration and support

  • Understanding of SAP SD end-to-end processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, and delivery
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP SD modules
  • Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming and debugging (asset)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a global team
  • Experience with SAP ECC and Fiori applications related to sales processes (preferred)
