On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Functional Consultant to join an international project team.
The role focuses on supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and SAP solutions for the North American market. The consultant will work remotely from Europe and will be required to work Americas/North American hours.
Your responsibilities:
As an SAP O2C Functional Consultant, you will work across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, supporting business requirements and SAP solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Supporting order management and sales processes.
- Working with billing processes.
- Supporting credit management and collections.
- Supporting cash application processes.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions.
- Supporting testing and validation of SAP functionality.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and other project team members.
- Supporting processes related to the North American market.
- Working with US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST.
- Supporting revenue recognition processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SAP O2C/OTC Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections and Cash Application.
- Knowledge of US Sales Tax.
- Knowledge of Canadian GST/HST.
- Experience or knowledge related to Revenue Recognition.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA – strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability and willingness to work Americas / North American hours.
- Based in Europe and eligible to work as a contractor in Europe.

Skills Required
- At least 11 years of experience in SAP SD/MM/OTC
- Strong understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) modules and functionality
- Experience in SAP OTC implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration
- Knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management business processes
- Ability to lead large-scale implementation projects and mentor team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends
- Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Experience gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Excellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project-related mobility / willingness to travel
