SAP SD & CRM Consultant (7-10 years of experience)
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM with strong production support background.
- Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP SD/CRM along with extensive support experience.
- Handle production support activities including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration, customization, and CRM functionalities (Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Orders).
- Good exposure to Variant Configuration (VC) and pricing.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence
- Customize SD/CRM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Configure CRM functionalities such as:
- Opportunity management / Quotation processing /Sales order lifecycle
Pricing & Variant Configuration : Strong expertise in:
- Sales order pricing configuration
- Pricing flow from Sales Order ? Delivery Note ? Commercial Invoice
- Experience in Variant Configuration (VC) pricing and advanced pricing techniques.
Enhancements & Development Coordination
- Work on enhancements using:
- User Exits , BAPIs and BADIs (if applicable)
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate closely with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
Skills Required
