Senior SAP SD & CRM consultant responsible for SD/CRM configuration, production support (L2/L3), Order-to-Cash processes, pricing and variant configuration, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and coordinating enhancements with ABAP using BAPIs/BADIs/User Exits.

SAP SD & CRM Consultant (7-10 years of experience)
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM with strong production support background.
  • Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
  • Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP SD/CRM along with extensive support experience.
  • Handle production support activities including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Strong experience in SAP SD configuration, customization, and CRM functionalities (Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Orders).
  • Good exposure to Variant Configuration (VC) and pricing.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence
  • Customize SD/CRM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Configure CRM functionalities such as:
    • Opportunity management / Quotation processing /Sales order lifecycle

Pricing & Variant Configuration : Strong expertise in:
  • Sales order pricing configuration
  • Pricing flow from Sales Order ? Delivery Note ? Commercial Invoice
  • Experience in Variant Configuration (VC) pricing and advanced pricing techniques.

Enhancements & Development Coordination
  • Work on enhancements using:
    • User Exits , BAPIs and BADIs (if applicable)
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate closely with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.

Skills Required

  • 6-7+ years experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM with production support background
  • Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management
  • Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP SD/CRM plus extensive support experience
  • Experience providing L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence
  • Strong experience in SAP SD configuration, customization, and CRM functionalities (Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Orders)
  • Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC) and advanced pricing techniques
  • Sales order pricing configuration and understanding of pricing flow (Sales Order -> Delivery Note -> Commercial Invoice)
  • Experience working on enhancements using User Exits, BAPIs and BADIs
  • Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with ABAP development teams
