Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design SAP SD solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize SAP SD module settings based on project requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD solutions with other modules and systems.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support during project implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SD module functionality.
- Stay updated on SAP SD module advancements and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides as per project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
- Expertise in SAP SD module configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of sales order processing, pricing procedures, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in SAP SD is desirable.
