SAP SD - Business Analyst

What we’re looking for:

Silicon Labs is seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Analyst to support and manage functions in SAP Transactional system. You will work in collaboration with Managed Services - SAP functional and technical team, SAP lead, business owners and other technology teams in support of end-to-end business processes. Using both technical and process expertise, you will provide application support and resolve functional system issues. You will perform analysis to identify enhancements aimed at reducing support issues and work with the development team to implement Projects and enhancements.

What you will do:

• Gather requirement, design and implement through configuration or custom development.
• Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SME's, managed services - SAP Functional and the development team.
• Manage implementation and testing of upgrades to the SAP ERP, CRM & BW applications.
• Lead projects in SAP SD, LE, CRM, Manufacturing, AP and FI Functional areas
• Train end users in the proper use of the SAP software.
• Work with IBM Sterling, BizTalk and ABAP developers to ensure that internal and external applications successfully interface with SAP ERP, CRM & BW systems.
• Experience in SAP to SFDC Integration and Presales activities.
• Experience in SAP Manufacturing and operation systems integration.
• Experience in SAP Finance systems and integration.
• Work with our Business Intelligence team to meet reporting requirements.
• Work with SAP Customer Support to resolve system issues.
• Coordinate with managed services for successful project delivery.
• Deliver user requirements and design to managed services SAP Functional & ABAP development team.
• Comply with written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls.

Skills you’ll need:

• Strong & detailed understanding and hands-on experience 2+ SAP modules.
• Good understanding of Cross functional SAP modules and integrations within SAP
• Experience leading Managed Services teams.
• Prioritizing and managing the projects with SAP Functional and technical team.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in different locations. 
• Self-motivated to keep knowledge and skills in line with latest product features and best practices
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with variety of software productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP ERP – Modules SD, LE, Billing, etc., and SAP CRM – Channel Management, Middleware, etc.,
• Full life cycle project implementation in one or two module modules.
• 2+ Years of experience in working with vendor managed services - SAP team

Qualifications Considered a Plus 

• Experience in SAP S4 Hana
• Experience working at a semiconductor company
• SAP Certification in any functional module
