We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant with a strong focus on Materials Management (MM) to lead the supply chain workstream in a regional S/4HANA transformation project within the life sciences industry. This role combines end-to-end supply chain expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring solutions align with both global standards and local business requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the supply chain workstream with a primary focus on SAP MM, guiding both SAP and customer-side consultants across multiple regions
• Design and implement materials management and supply chain solutions that meet business and IT group requirements
• Ensure solutions harmonize global template standards from customer headquarters with local operational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders from both headquarters and regional teams to align supply chain processes
• Manage planning, resource allocation, and delivery for the supply chain track
• Provide expertise in transitions such as Make-to-Order (MTO) to Make-to-Stock (MTS), if relevant
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities across supply chain functions

• Deep experience in SAP MM and broader supply chain management within S/4HANA programs
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and coordinate multi-party project teams
• Strong understanding of harmonizing global templates with localized business requirements
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and life sciences industry standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with MTO to MTS process transformations is a plus
• Fluent in English
