Job Description
Support in the area of business development, pre-sales, sales for the SAP Sales Cloud as part of the SAP CX portfolio:
- Creation of best practice content.
- Positioning of the SAP Sales Cloud as part of customer events and webinars.
- Preparation and implementation of workshops and demos of the SAP Sales Cloud.
- Planning and execution of implementation projects as Process and requirements workshops, architecture workshops, integration workshops and data migration workshops, concept development for implementation.
- Configuration of the SAP Sales Cloud.
- Management of teams and projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in a business administration, preferably with technical specialization. Alternatively, a technical degree with business specialization or business informatics or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in sales.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP Sales Cloud implementations.
- Experience in positioning the SAP Sales Cloud in the context of the SAP CX portfolio Professional.
- Sound sales process knowledge.
- Ability to analyze and understand business processes - Experience in planning and conducting process and requirements workshops for sales.
- Experience in planning and conducting data migration workshops and in creating solution concepts.
- Very good knowledge of business configuration and extensibility options in SAP Sales Cloud including sales orders and pricing.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service including integration with SAP Sales Cloud and groupware and Teams integration.
- Very good experience in managing teams and projects (waterfall and agile).
- Very good experience in working directly with customers and partners in projects and with intercultural teams Soft skills (abilities, character traits, social skills).
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
