Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand and address SAC stories and Dashboards along with working knowledge In SAP BW
• Key role in the analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of SAC, SAP Business Warehouse applications and front-end reports.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design functional specifications for data warehousing and reporting solutions.
• Design & Implementation of SAP SAC Solutions:
o Design and implement SAC solutions for reporting, planning, and data analysis.
o Optimize SAC dashboards, reports, and models for business insights
• Should have experience in creating workflows using calendar
o Utilize SAC’s Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning for enhanced decision-making.
o Performance Optimization & Best Practices:
Optimize SAC performance, ensuring efficient data refresh and report loading.
Apply best practices for scalable, secure, and stable SAP SAC environments.
Data Integration & Modeling:
Manage and troubleshoot data integration from various sources.
Implement advanced data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Provide end-user training on SAC features and reporting functionalities.
Develop documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for ongoing SAC maintenance.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
Troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt resolutions.
Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to drive improvements.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on other areas of the system and/or project.
• Collaborate with the administration team for system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Skills
Primary Skill –SAC Dashboards & Stories
5+ years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and optimizing SAP SAC solutions Like SAC Planning, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning.
Secondary Skill – Knowledge on BW4/HANA
o 2+ Years of working knowledge in SAP Business Intelligence tools (SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).
o Strong data modeling and data integration skills, including
o Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Stakeholders.
Domain
• Intermediate functional knowledge on the enterprise modules like Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, Customer relationship and Project Management
Technical
• 5 years of experience in SAC Stories and reporting solutions.
• 2+ years of experience and Good Knowledge in SAP BW
Interpersonal & Communication
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to bridge gaps between business users, developers, and IT support teams.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
QualificationsEducational qualification:
BE/ME/MCA and equivalent degree
Experience :
5 years of experience in SAC Stories and reporting solutions.
2+ years of experience and Good Knowledge in SAP BW
Mandatory/requires Skills :
SAP SAC – Stories and Models and Planning
SAP BW (BW 7.x, BW4HANA, BW on HANA)
