Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP S4HANA(On-Premise & Public Cloud) Finance and Controlling module.

  • Candidate must have been involved in the SAP S4HANA(On-Premise & Public Cloud)  end-to-end implementation and support projects.

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have been involved in all phases for the implementation project.

  • Ability to understand the New General Ledger, Maintained New GL configuration to create Leading, Non-Leading Ledger and Extension Ledger, Defined Currency for Leading ledger, Document Splitting settings.

  • Experience in configuring the Finance and Controlling submodules like General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), New Asset Accounting (AA), House Bank (BA), Profit Center (PCA), Material Ledger (ML), Internal Orders (IO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Activity Types (AT) and Manage Activity Hourly Cost Rates.

  • Experience in configuring the CATS (Time sheet), taxation like VAT and Withholding tax (TDS).

  • Configuration for automatic payment program and electronic bank statement (EBS).

  • Prepare Unit and integration test scripts, Involve in REF (Report, & Forms) & written functional specs for Reports for the business process requirement. 

  • Experience in cutover Activities-Data Conversion, Data Validation and Data Migration from Legacy Systems to S4 HANA system through migration cockpits.

  • Should be able to understand and configure the Integration between different modules like FICO-MM, FICO-SD and FICO-PS.

  • Ability to give the Training to core team/end-users.

  • Ability to handle the year end and month end activities.

  • Resolve low, high and medium priority issues as per SLA.

  • Prepare solution documents, Test results related to the Incident and shared with the client for approval to move changes to move to production.
