SAP S4 MM Designer || Pune || Immediate Joiners

We are seeking experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) professionals responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that integrate business processes with technology, helping clients achieve high performance. You will design, implement, and deploy SAP MM solutions to meet business objectives while maintaining expertise in SAP MM process design, configuration, development, integration, testing, and deployment, as well as technical architecture.
Responsibilities-

• Lead business diagnosis and planning activities to identify needs and objectives.
• Analyze and ensure the quality of collected data and information.
• Assist in developing specific solutions to address identified business gaps.
• Oversee the design of business architecture and process improvements.
• Support the development of performance measurements and KPIs.
• Supervise the implementation of business architectures and solutions.
• Define testing strategies and implementation plans for business processes, capabilities, and architectures.
• Develop and test business processes and capabilities to ensure alignment with architecture designs.

Requirements-

• 7+ years of experience working with the SAP MM module.
• Proven track record of success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work creatively and analytically.
• Desire to work in an IT and business systems environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• SAP certification in MM is a plus.
• Experience in integrating SAP MM with other modules (such as SD, PP, or WM) is advantageous.
