We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD Functional Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and enhancement activities. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering solutions within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD implementation and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP S/4HANA Cloud standard processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales order management.
- Customer master data.
- Pricing and condition techniques.
- Delivery processing and shipping.
- Billing and invoicing.
- Returns and credit management.
- Conduct business workshops and fit-to-standard analysis.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD solutions based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration activities related to SD master and transactional data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, Finance, PP, and Logistics.
- Provide training and post-go-live support to business users.
- Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
Skills Required
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD
- Configure sales order management and delivery/shipping processes
- Experience with customer master data and pricing/condition techniques
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, returns, and credit management in SD
- Conducting fit-to-standard workshops and business process analysis
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation
- Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Support data migration for SD master and transactional data
- Ability to collaborate with MM, Finance, PP, and Logistics teams
- Provide training and post-go-live support to business users
