Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Funds & Grants Management Expert ("GURU") with strong expertise in the US Public Sector — specifically State and Local Government processes. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of hands-on implementation experience in both Grantee and Grantor Management within S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Funds and Grants Management solutions for Public Sector clients.
- Configure and customize Grantee and Grantor Management modules in line with client requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementations.
- Provide expert-level guidance on best practices in Funds Management and Grants Management processes for government entities.
- Demonstrate solutions using your own S/4HANA demo system to support design discussions and prototype sessions.
- Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Prepare project documentation including blueprints, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on implementation experience with Grantee and Grantor Management in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong functional understanding of Public Sector financial processes.
- Prior project experience with State or Local Government clients in the US.
- Deep knowledge of Funds Management (FM) integration with other SAP modules.
- Must have access to and ability to use your own SAP S/4HANA demo system for demonstrations and testing.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead client workshops.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Public Sector Management or related areas.
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting solutions for Public Sector.
