Job Description
Enterprise Horizon is seeking an experienced SAP Fiori & Embedded Analytics Expert to design, develop, and deploy modern SAP user experiences and real-time analytics within SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on delivering intuitive Fiori applications, KPI dashboards, CDS-based analytics, and role-based insights that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in SAP UX architecture, CDS views, analytical queries, and KPI modeling, combined with business-facing consulting skills. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Fiori Development & UX Enablement
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP Fiori apps using standard and custom approaches
- Extend standard Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and adaptation tools
- Develop custom applications using:
- Fiori Elements
- SAPUI5
- OData services
- Configure and manage:
- Launchpad content
- Spaces & pages
- Role-based navigation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve user experience and process adoption
Embedded Analytics Development
- Design and build Core Data Services (CDS) views
- Create:
- Analytical queries
- KPIs
- Multidimensional reports
- Drill-down dashboards
- Develop and deploy Smart Business KPIs
- Enable real-time operational analytics inside SAP S/4HANA
- Support migration from the following to embedded analytics architecture:
- ECC reports
- SAP BW legacy reporting
- Custom ABAP reports
- Support migration from ECC GUI-based reporting to Fiori analytics
- Identify opportunities to replace legacy reports with:
- CDS views
- KPI tiles
- Analytical List Pages
- Participate in:
- Fit-gap workshops
- UX strategy sessions
- Reporting strategy definition
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
- 5+ years of SAP Fiori experience.
- Strong experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration
- Hands-on experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
- Deep expertise in Core Data Services (CDS Views)
- Experience developing:
- Analytical Queries
- KPIs
- Smart Business dashboards
- Experience with OData services
- Experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics architecture
- Understanding of virtual data model (VDM) framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading analytics design workshops
- Ability to translate business needs into UX-driven solutions
- Documentation and presentation experience
- Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate environments

Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and CDS Views
- Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML
- Experience in consuming OData services and integrating with SAP Gateway
- Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE
- Experience with DevSecOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and automated testing tools
- Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, or HCM
- Knowledge of ABAP for creating or debugging OData services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
