Job Description
Enterprise Horizon is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Fiori Developer to join our team in support of our DoD customer. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Fiori/ SAP UI5 and strong S/4 HANA experience.
You will join a mission-critical team modernizing our client’s enterprise resource planning landscape. As an SAP S/4HANA Fiori Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy intuitive, secure, and scalable Fiori applications that support logistics, finance, and acquisition functions across the client ecosystem.
You’ll collaborate with functional analysts, ABAP developers, and cybersecurity specialists to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with DoD standards and customer business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 applications integrated with S/4HANA backend services using HTML5, JavaScript, XML, and OData.
- Enhance and extend standard Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE, BAS, or Eclipse.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate applications with SAP S/4HANA using OData services and SAP Gateway.
- Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and DevSecOps pipelines
- Work on performance optimization and troubleshooting of Fiori applications.
- Conduct testing as necessary including unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Follow SAP best practices for app design, security, and performance.
- Participate in agile/scrum teams and contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git).
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and accessibility standards (e.g. RMF)
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent substitution (Associates + 2 years' experience; High School Diploma + 4 years' experience; or relevant professional certification)
- Active Secret Clearance preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and CDS Views.
- Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML.
- Experience in consuming OData services and integrating with SAP Gateway.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or SAP Web IDE.
- Experience with DevSecOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and automated testing tools.
- Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, or HCM is a plus.
- Knowledge of ABAP for creating or debugging OData services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
