We
are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Tester to join our team for
a high-priority S/4HANA implementation program. The ideal candidate will
possess strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling, with
hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, defect management, and
validation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment (including
Central Finance)
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Execution: Create, update, and execute functional test scripts for SAP FI/CO modules
(General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
- S/4HANA Validation: Perform
rigorous testing of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Fiori apps, and business
partner conversions.
- Defect Management: Identify,
document, and track defects using test management tools like ALM, Jira, or
SAP Solution Manager, ensuring swift resolution.
- Integration Testing: Test
end-to-end scenarios linking FI/CO with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- UAT Support: Facilitate and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Data Validation: Validate data migration from legacy systems to
S/4HANA. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience
in SAP testing, with at least 1-2 years specifically within S/4HANA
projects.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong
understanding of SAP FICO processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and
Cost Center Accounting.
- S/4HANA Specifics: Experience with
SAP Fiori, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance (CFIN) is highly
desirable.
- Testing Tools: Proficiency in HP
ALM/Quality Center, Jira, or similar test management tools.
Skills Required
- 3-6 years of experience in SAP testing
- 1-2 years specifically within S/4HANA projects
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting
