Job Description- Provide technical support and consultancy services on SAP S/4HANA and ECC technology.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP systems, focusing on technical improvements and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with IT controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Engage in projects and handle recurring technical tasks.
- Develop and upskill knowledge in SAP systems and promote task automation.
- Foster cross teams collaboration.
- Write detailed documentation and recipes to solve recurring issues, building sustainable knowledge for the support team.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementation and support.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on SAP systems.
- SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD) is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
