We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within our fashion retail business. This program is critical to modernizing our core ERP system, optimizing retail operations, and supporting scalable growth across multiple markets. This role requires deep SAP implementation experience and strong familiarity with retail processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, covering all project phases from initiation to go-live and hypercare
- Drive project planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations
- Collaborate with SAP implementation partners, systems integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery
- Ensure successful data migration, integration with POS, CRM, e-commerce, and other retail systems
- Govern change management, training, and business readiness for regional markets
- Track KPIs, manage scope, and enforce project governance and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Strong domain knowledge in fashion retail, especially in areas like merchandising, pricing, replenishment, and store operations
- Deep understanding of SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, Retail, or FMS
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors across markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP, Prince2, or SAP Project Management certification preferred
