A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.
The work:
As part of the Cost Accounting role within the Enterprise Finance team, you will be responsible for completing Solution Confirmation workshops for all Controlling related topics including Margin Analysis, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), as well as Internal Orders and FP&A Reporting. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. From the realize phase, you are required to complete the configuration efforts in conjunction with your ATCI counterparts as well as completing Functional Design and Configuration Rationale documentation.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Houston, TX but may consider candidates in Nashville TN or Phoenix, AZ.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with Record to Report (R2R) as well as the following Controlling (CO) sub modules: Margin Analysis/PCA/CCA/IO.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
- You have hands-on work experience with Hybris, or other ecommerce platforms
You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
