Title: SAP PY German Consultant
Responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution. He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the ‘go live’.
They are known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between the competitors.
Responsibilities
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
- Adapt and prepare the technical environment advising on what products are the most appropriate depending on the requirements of the customer
- Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
- Share and extrapolate his/her knowledge between different clients / work teams to optimize the service provided
- Collaborates and provides suggestions for the improvement of the service both at the specific customer level, providing added value, and at the level of euHReka platform in the areas of expertise that they work. Supervises, manages and improves input from other team members
- Develops the organic document of complex applications realized from the functional team
- Supervise the definition of the necessary data structures, on the basis of the data model, as well as diagrams of flow of applications, ensuring that they respond to the requirements of the customer
- Integrated testing of complex applications
- Provides the necessary technical support to the other members of the development team
- Identifies new business areas in existing customers
- Contributing to the reuse of knowledge
- Applies methodological approaches to problem solving and project management
- Encourages and leads the technical education of the people of the development team
- Hold certifications in products / relevant technologies for his/her role in the company
- Offers solutions that help the optimization and performance, improving the quality of the services
- Disseminates knowledge as an expert explicitly or implicitly
- To promote the adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology
- Advising on pre-sale actions
- They are a technical reference and performs tasks of coaching and mentoring
- They manage the pool of work optimizing the service provided
- They provide suggestions that increase productivity and the quality of the service at a technical level Anticipates to problems at the project / support level and searches proactively alternative solutions
- Ensures the profitability of the assigned tasks, performing a precise monitoring
