Looking for an SAP Public Cloud Solution Architect, 7+ Months, REMOTE with occasional travel
Job Description:
The SAP Public Cloud Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and leading the architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation within a regulated, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
The project is currently in the Explore phase, with design workshops underway and a Phase I go-live scheduled for September.
The ideal candidate should have experience in at least 5 end-to-end Public Cloud implementations and be capable of providing high-level architectural direction across multiple SAP modules. While not expected to be an expert in all modules, the candidate should possess strong cross-functional integration knowledge and governance capabilities.
The role will be well-supported by experienced engagement executives and a project manager already on the ground.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
- Strong solution architecture experience with SAP Best Practices
- Expertise in at least one of the following: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Experience with Variant Configuration (VC) for customizable products
- Strong understanding of cross-functional integration between Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain
- Experience leading design workshops and fit-to-standard discussions
- Ability to build stakeholder confidence and manage trade-offs
- Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore resources
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
