The opportunity:
To grow team in Digital Core CoE we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and manage various SAP projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP functional or technical areas, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive SAP projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others preferably in S4AHANA projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital Core CoE
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Qualification of bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Good to have PMP, / Scrum Master or similar project management certification , knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
