The SAP Project Lead will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of projects or programs within the organization. This role involves planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery in alignment with organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- In this position, you will be the primary point of contact between Business Development, Finance, IT, Service, and Operations functions, for information and guidance on project management processes and systems
- You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive projects or program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- You will manage the efficient allocation of resources, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, information, and support to achieve successful outcomes
- You will motivate and inspire project teams, providing clear direction, and support to achieve project or program objectives.
- You will ensure dashboards are up to date and of the right quality for regular senior-level meetings, including the preparation of papers, and manage the portfolio risks & issues register
- You will communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating positive relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project or program goals
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP system
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project or program management roles, demonstrating successful delivery of complex initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals
- Proven ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
- Proven software skills in project management tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
- Fluent in English and Spanish
