Job Description:

  1. 10-12+ years design/implementation/consulting with SAP Production planning and Quality Management
  2. Should have worked in at least two end-to-end GreenField Implementation starting from build and deploy, rollout of templates across regions and support experience.
  3. Good business process knowledge and consulting skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  5. Structure approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA etc.
  6. Working style: customer-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic vision
  7. Team member should have a Professional graduation.
  8. Willing to travel to customer locations for projects requirements.

Work Experience:

  1. Domain expertise in Production Planning/Quality management Functional area
  2. Should be able to understand the template design and identify the gaps for rollout related to country / region specific requirements.
  3. Must have experience on especially in SAP PP/QM domain processes.
  4. Must have good knowledge in Production Planning areas such as Demand management and MRP.
  5. Must have good knowledge in Production order management using Discrete Production Method,
  6. Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
  7. Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
  8. Good Integration knowledge with other SAP Modules such as MM, SD, FICO and PM
  9. Strong client-facing experience
  10. Should have thorough knowledge on Production - Master Data, Planning Scenarios, Demand Management, MRP, Shop floor Control, Special process such as Subcontracting, Engg. Change Mgmt., Batch,
  11. Should have good exposure to Production Resource Tools management.
  12. Ability to configure, manage master data changes, end-to-end process flow.
  13. Good to have ABAP technical knowledge.
  14. Ability to design FS, End User Training Document
  15. Experience in EDI set-up and interfaces to other external systems

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 8-10+ years of experience as a SAP PP/QM Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
  3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP PP/QM module settings within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  4. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technology and its integration with the SAP PP/QM module.
  5. Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  8. SAP PP/QM SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
  9. Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM/FICO/PS is beneficial.
  10. Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
