We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/DS Consultant to support a global life sciences company in its digital transformation journey, focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role will contribute to the optimization of production planning and detailed scheduling processes across complex manufacturing operations.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements for PP/DS functionalities.
• Designing and configuring SAP PP/DS solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
• Supporting planning run strategies, heuristics, and capacity planning.
• Integrating PP/DS with upstream/downstream modules such as MM, SD, and APO where applicable.
• Participating in fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, and testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT).
• Providing hypercare support and end-user training post-go-live.
• Troubleshooting issues and implementing performance improvements in planning tools.

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/DS, ideally within S/4HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with heuristic configuration, planning strategies, pegging, and alert monitoring.
• Familiarity with life sciences industry standards (GxP, FDA, GMP) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with global teams.
