Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
4 to 6 years of experience in a complete cycle implementation as well as support projects.
Can handle developing interfaces to replicate transactional data or master data, integrations with Concur, Ariba , Open Text , CFIN , MDG or any other BTP services and integrations via PO.
Must have experience on B2B Integrations. Preferable with GXS Platform
Basic knowledge on other middleware (Like Boomi, Web methods etc).
Proven experience as an SAP PO consultant with a focus on adapter configurations.
Strong understanding of SAP PO architecture, integration patterns, and components.
Proficiency in working with various adapters in both on-premise and cloud integration scenarios.
Integration Solution Design:
Ability to formulate the end-to-end design and architecture of integration solutions using SAP PO.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective and scalable integration processes.
Adapter Configuration:
Configure and implement various adapters in SAP PI/PO, such as SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, Proxy, FTP, NFS, AS2 and others.
Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SAP PO and diverse external systems through expert adapter configurations as well as troubleshoot and resolve adapter-related issues
Integration Flow Development:
Develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows in SAP PO in NWDS, ensuring efficient data transformation, mapping, and routing.
Implement best practices for designing reusable and modular integration components.
Experience with Graphical, XSLT and Java Mappings including the usage of User Defined Functions.
Monitoring and Optimization:
Extensive experience with Monitoring of PI/PO Messages, Communication Channels including tRFCs, qRFCs and IDocs within SAP systems.
Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address integration issues.
Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and end-users to understand and translate complex integration requirements into effective solutions.
Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for adapter configurations, integration flows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Upgrades and Enhancements:
Stay informed about updates and releases in SAP PO, especially those related to adapters.
Evaluate new features and recommend system upgrades or enhancements to improve integration capabilities.
Training and Support:
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on advanced adapter-related functionalities and best practices.
Offer support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to adapters and integration processes.
Contribute to the training of less experienced consultants on handling complex integration scenarios
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
