About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payments Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in SAP Fioneer Banking solutions. The consultant will play a key role in guiding clients through core banking transformation journeys, leveraging SAP’s functional capabilities to design, implement, and optimize payment processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the banking domain, with strong exposure to SAP Fioneer / SAP Payment Engine / Payment Central solutions.
- Proven experience in SAP Fioneer Banking functional consulting, including production support.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international banking processes, KPIs, and regulations.
- Experience working with banking platforms, payment processors, and financial service vendors.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and migration programs in banking environments.
- SAP FI/CO knowledge (advantageous).
- SAP Fiori/UI5 knowledge (advantageous).
- Strong client-facing experience including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Flexible and open to working shifts when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and configure SAP Payment Engine / Payment Central solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct needs analysis, and provide advisory support for transformation initiatives.
- Configure payment processes including payment processing, routing, clearing, settlement, exception handling, and reconciliation.
- Integrate SAP Payment Engine with peripheral systems, banks, and payment service providers.
- Monitor and support payment processing in production environments, ensuring performance optimization and issue resolution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Support testing activities (unit, integration, regression), deployments, and transport management.
- Collaborate in preparing proposals and solution designs aligned with organizational standards.
- Establish and review client controls, governance processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide guidance on standard vs. customized SAP solutions, ensuring optimal platform utilization.
- Support post-implementation activities, including documentation updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, QA standards, and delivery frameworks.
