Job Description

This position requires access to customer data; Must be a U.S. citizen.  SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role.  All internal must have manager’s approval to transfer.

As an HCM Program Manager at SAP NS2, you’ll lead complex SAP delivery programs for U.S. public sector customers, overseeing multi‑workstream, fixed‑price engagements that include payroll modernization and supply chain transformation.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors, with demonstrated experience leading complex implementations from planning through deployment.
  • Proven SAP experience leading complex, multi workstream programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple Project Managers, partner organizations, and cross functional delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Federal, State, or other public sector customers, with an understanding of government contracting, compliance, and customer governance.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance, with the ability to lead executive discussions and resolve escalations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish clear expectations, navigate complex customer environments, and drive alignment across senior leadership, delivery teams, and partners.
