Job DescriptionWhat you’ll bring
You have proven expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and software delivery, with strong hands-on experience building reliable and repeatable technical processes. Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, source control, and software development lifecycle practices is required, along with a strong understanding of cloud operations, release management, and infrastructure automation. You bring strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across web applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and development environments. A disciplined approach to security, reliability, testing, documentation, and operational readiness, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills, enables you to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
What you’ll build
You’ll build the infrastructure, pipelines, and technical processes that enable digital adoption and training experiences to be deployed and maintained reliably. CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code will automate deployments, configuration, testing, and validation across development, testing, staging, and production environments. You’ll establish reusable deployment patterns and maintain AWS environments with a focus on performance, availability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. You’ll also implement monitoring and validation capabilities, support releases, and use incident and root-cause findings to continuously improve the platform and deployment process.
Where you belong
You will work onsite at our customer in Chantilly, VA and will take ownership of the technical foundation that supports digital adoption capabilities across the organization. You’ll work alongside engineering, product, technical, and business teams to ensure solutions can be deployed, supported, and evolved as enterprise applications change. Contributing to technical standards, operational practices, release readiness, and continuous improvement will be an important part of the role. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and creating the systems and processes that make digital experiences reliable at scale, this role offers broad technical ownership and impact.
