We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Data Consultant to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Material Management (MM) solutions, with a specific focus on Material Master and Master Data Governance (MDG). You will play a key role in optimizing data operations related to material management and ensuring seamless integration of SAP systems to support business growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP MM solutions, particularly focusing on Material Master and MDG processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand material management processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and reporting solutions within SAP MM and MDG modules.
• Provide expertise in integrating SAP MM solutions with other modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FICO, and third-party systems).
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate material master data management and governance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to material data processes, master data management, and SAP MM modules.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into material performance, inventory, and procurement operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of SAP MM and MDG systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and internal guidelines in all SAP MM processes.
• Perform system testing, data migration, and post-implementation support activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and MDG modules.
• Strong knowledge of Material Master Data, Master Data Governance, and material management processes.
• Experience with SAP MM modules, especially Material Master, MDG, and integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD and FICO.
• Expertise in data management, ETL processes, and data migration in SAP environments, particularly for material master data.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• SAP certification in MM, MDG, or related modules is a strong advantage.
