We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) External Support Specialist to drive the definition and governance of data entities while ensuring smooth integration across systems. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, engage with data and system owners, and create a roadmap for data ownership and integration. Additionally, they will ensure that downstream systems are aligned with a clear strategy for integration with the true source of data.

What you will be doing:

• Define and document data entities, ensuring clarity on ownership and governance.
• Analyze business processes to facilitate discussions around entity ownership and improve data management practices.
• Collaborate with data owners to develop a structured roadmap for each entity.
• Work closely with system owners to map out integration potential and establish a sustainable integration plan.
• Ensure that downstream systems are aligned with the true source of data and have a structured approach for integration.
• Create and maintain a program-level backlog, ensuring visibility and prioritization of key MDM initiatives.

• Strong business analysis experience with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM).
• Expertise in defining data entities and ownership models.
• Ability to analyze business processes and facilitate data governance discussions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with data owners, system owners, and IT teams.
• Experience in roadmap development for data entities and integration planning.
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration and best practices for ensuring alignment with true data sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDM, etc.).
• Background in enterprise data governance and strategy.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems that rely on master data.
