We are currently looking for a SAP Logistic Consultant for our office in MOKA.
Job Description📌 Role Summary – SAP Logistic Consultant
Assists in the daily operations, system health, and troubleshooting of warehouse logistics processes. They bridge the gap between business users and senior consultants by tracking system performance, resolving support tickets, and ensuring warehouse data accuracy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively review warehouse queues (e.g., qRFC), interface logs, and inbound/outbound delivery statuses to identify and prevent bottlenecks.
System Configuration: Assist senior consultants in setting up and customizing warehouse structures, storage bins, picking strategies, and goods movement rules within the SAP LE and WM/EWM environments.
Testing & Validation: Create test scripts and participate in unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new system changes are defect-free before deployment.
Documentation: Draft and maintain functional specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on system changes.
Cross-Module Collaboration: Learn and understand integration points between LE/WM/EWM and adjacent SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning( PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI).
Qualifications🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or Information Technology.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: A foundational understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution principles.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SAP ERP modules (like MM, SD, or WM)
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and communication skills for bridging the gap between business and IT teams.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other SAP modules (like MM, SD, and TM) and monitor data exchange to ensure seamless integration.
- TMA Support Project- incident management, service request handling, root-cause analysis, and monitoring
- At least 2 years of TMA Support Project Experience.
- Experience in WM/EWM is a plus.
