DP World is expanding its operations in Ostrava/Mošnov, and we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled SAP Key User to support our growing logistics and production environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth system operations, high‑quality data integrity, and seamless collaboration between IT, operations, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st‑line support for all IT hardware and SAP‑related issues across the site, coordinating with 3rd‑party support when needed
- Deliver general desktop application support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain, configure, and ensure the accuracy of production system data, supporting inputs/outputs for BI tools, dashboards, and local applications
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets daily, both internally and with external customer support teams
- Maintain accurate asset records, ensuring all equipment is documented in the site inventory and central CMDB
- Create and update user documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, user guides, and process instructions
- Conduct IT and SAP training sessions to address knowledge gaps and support end‑user adoption
Your Profile:
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, supported by relevant education or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of common desktop applications (e.g., MS Office) and operating systems
- Hands‑on experience with hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (break/fix, drivers, troubleshooting)
- Good understanding of Windows OS platforms (Windows 7/10/11) and basic enterprise administration
- Previous exposure to ERP/MRP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
