What you'll build

You'll help the Adoption & Consumption Practices and Platform team shape how SAP's solutions are adopted — gathering requirements, engaging stakeholders, and turning analysis into actionable insights.

  • Analyse complex business issues and break them into clear, actionable elements
  • Gather stakeholder requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and document reviews
  • Apply Agile frameworks and use case modelling to structure and document requirements with clarity
  • Track KPIs and assess the impact of implemented solutions to confirm business value is achieved
  • Build and maintain Experience Research dashboards to monitor feedback from customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate across enablement, change management, and IT teams to align objectives and support project continuity

You'll do work that connects directly to how SAP improves its products and processes.
