We are looking for a senior SAP IT System Analyst with deep expertise in the design and implementation of SAP based solutions in the Procure to Pay processes. This role will be part of a global team that will drive the transformation of the supplier’s Invoicing and Payments processes such as: Invoice digitalization and OCR, Invoice Reconciliation and exception handling, Payment Run automation and Banking platform integration.

Main responsibilities:

• Partner with IT Product Owners and Business leads to specify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Use of technical expertise and business acumen to design and build robust and scalable solutions that meet requirements and deliver true business value. Maximizing the use of SAP components and ensuring a seamless integration with the broader IT landscape.

• Contribute to the definition and delivery of backlog features as part of an Agile Persistent Team and perform system's configuration, working with IT Architects and Developers through the design, build, test and deploy phases.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables through efficient testing approaches and leverage automation tools where appropriate.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies.

• Work with IT Production Support team on incident resolution, acting as Level 3 subject matter experts and leading Problem cases' root cause analysis and resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computing or related field

• 4+ years of experience in design, configuration, customization and implementation of SAP AP (Accounts Payables) solutions, with specific domain expertise on Supplier Invoice and payments processing.

• 4+ years of experience with large Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects, covering areas like: Invoice digitalization and OCR, Invoice Reconciliation and exception handling, Payment Run automation and Banking platform integration.

• Advanced English level

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of technical experience in Vendor Invoice Management solutions (e.g. Readsoft, Opentext) and banking interfaces (e.g. Host to Host connections, Swift)

• 4+ Years of technical experience in SAP ECC (or S/4HANA) for MM module (Material Management) and/or SAP FI (Finance).

• 4+ Years of technical and functional experience in SAP Ariba (Ariba Invoicing and Invoice processing tools).

• SAP Certification in related areas: SAP MM or SAP FI

• Good understanding of eInvoicing platforms and integrations with SAP

• 1+ Years of working experience on Agile Methodologies (like SAFe) for Software Development.
