For this business division, we are looking for a “SAP IT FI/CO Functional Lead” to carry and support the new requirements issued from our business and integrate it on our SAP Core model.

Job Description

ROLE

In an environment with high complexity and in a global and international context, the SAP IT FI/CO Functional Lead will manage the requirements of WW entities for Finance aspects. Our landscape is based on a worldwide SAP core application integrated with our partner’s IT landscape (Diapason, Blackline, Concur, HRO Bank systems) via EDI API connections.

A strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA along with Business Process Modelling is necessary to propose, maintain and develop best practices within a multi-cultural organization.

The candidate will have strong experience in Requirements gathering, Business Blueprinting, testing and implementation support.

She/He will be a key contact of Finance representatives to scope the Finance projects objectives and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.

She/he will participate in the business process harmonization/enhancement initiatives, support all Business Process Reengineering and continuous process improvement sessions while also ensuring compliance with internal control practices.

She/He will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment often in an autonomous capacity.

She/He will have a strong ability to work in a multicultural environment and a good English command is required.

The candidate will be involved in all phases of SAP projects requirements gathering, solution design/testing and interfacing with the Finance user community. Initially the candidate will have to gain an understanding of the existing system architecture and landscape, its functionalities.

Key Modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Banking, CO-CCA, CO-OPA, CO-PA, CO-PC

Scope is worldwide - multiple sites in different countries will be supported.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP FI/CO IT Functional Lead will:

• Be part of the Finance projects brainstorming and planning
• Understand and coordinate the FI/CO domain.
• Liaise with business counterparts to gather requirements and drive project deliveries.
• Manage the SAP Finance projects implementation in S4 HANA
• Write functional characteristics for documentation.
• Oversee technical specification to define business requirements (DCR)
• Manage the customizing of the solution design.
• Manage the technical tests and support the user tests.
• Efficiently communicate with her/his IT peers and management with a strong team spirit
• Organize and coordinate workshops with Business and IT teams.
• Support user training
• Integration/ communication with other systems and solutions (EDI/Files interfaces…)
• Liaise with offshore delivery center (Overall ABAP, Configuration, Delivery Tracking…)
• Manage/Document JIRA tickets for solution delivery and improvements.
• Promote best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• a Finance background + minimum 5 years of Experience SAP ECC6 and S4 HANA
• A solid experience in a multicultural environment in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) with exposure to MM/SD flows.
• experience on FI integration with SD, MM, PP
• Project management experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication
• The candidate must have very good SAP expertise and IT functional expertise on Finance and Controlling (customizing) on SAP S4 HANA.
• Having an experience background on SAP ECC6 is a plus.
• Client oriented, the candidate must have a cross functional view, strong communication skills and project coordination capability.
• Scope is worldwide - multiple sites in different countries will be supported. But mainly covering EURASIA region working hours.
• Innovation oriented, She/he must be organized, autonomous, collaborative and proactive with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

She/he must be operational in English.
