As an SAP Inventory to Deliver Support Specialist, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide technical support and guidance for our SAP inventory management solution and business processes. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and demonstrated experience of working with the SAP Inventory Management (IM) module. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and enhancing the SAP Inventory Management solution, inclusive of Master Data, Transactional, Reporting, and RICEFW. This will include interacting with business and technical resources to resolve issues, identify enhancements, and implement changes in applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for SAP Inventory Management solution, including supporting a cross-functional team of business and IT to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors between SAP and MES solution

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Inventory Management issues in a timely manner, including working directly with business users on production support and bug-fixes
-
Enhance existing SAP inventory management functionality to continue to improve and evolve the solution with agile releases of new functionality into production environment
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solution capabilities
-
Develop and execute testing plans for bug-fixes and new functionality to support change control processes

Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP inventory management functionalities

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP inventory management trends and best practices

Coordinate and collaborate across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, and operational requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
-
A minimum of 5 or more years of experience working as an SAP Support Specialist, with a focus on SAP Inventory Management. S/4HANA experience preferred.

Deep functional expertise in configuring, implementing, testing and supporting solutions in SAP Inventory Management
-
Proficiency with the following functionality in SAP: storage location to storage location move, inventory stock type change, PO Receipt/Reverse, Order Receipt, Return to Vendor, Delivery Picking & Post Goods Issue, Inventory Scrap, Goods Issue / Reversal, Configuring New Movement Types, SLOCs, etc.

Experience building and maintaining interfaces between SAP and MES, as well as cleansing and mitigating interface errors
-
Prior Experience designing SAP solutions for new requirements and business processes, integrated with external PLM and MES systems
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users
-
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Up-to-date knowledge of SAP costing trends and best practices
-
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Preferred Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting solutions in SAP S/4HANA in the areas of Inventory Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes.

Experience with non-valuated grouped Project Stock with Network Demand and SAP PMMO (GPD)
-
Experience training end users in execution of new processes in SAP, integrated with PLM and MES systems
-
Experience with identifying and coordinating resources to ensure the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective and programs are staffed and supported to achieve success

Proficiency with Jira, Backlog Grooming, Leading Stand-ups
-
Ability to motivate and work with others
-
Agile development methods and scrum experience
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills that enable you to create, communicate, track and execute plans in a team environment

Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision

Nice to have discrete industry experience and working closely with Plan to Produce (PTP), Source to Pay (STP) and Order to Cash (OTC) value streams

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$138,634.92 - $190,623.01
