THE OPPORTUNITY:

Drive the development of service operations by monitoring, advising and bringing expertise in defining service management for ERP support in area of technical development including internal and external interfaces, making Product Services more agile, product centric and delivering service excellence.

Ensure development services are provided in time, with expected high level of quality and high degree of customer satisfaction.

Partner with peers in the Operating Excellence, Platform and Architectural Services lines to drive continuous improvements of service processes, user experiences, infrastructure and application optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for developing, configuring, troubleshooting, reviewing, deploying and maintaining SAP - BTP-IS integration services.
Execute necessary requirements to ensure that delivers high-quality user experiences and development services on a consistent and supportable global platform.
Support product developments, ensure all development is in alignment with the release management planning whilst guarding the technical architecture and landscape management.
Uses knowledge of business operations, investigates and identifies operational needs, problems and opportunities, and uses Business Process Mapping to phrase and manage requirements or organizational improvements.
Participate in the execution and deployment of continuous improvements for the area of responsibility.
Perform integration delivering the prioritized demand.
Has authority and responsibility for a specific area of work, including technical, quality aspects and may represent the organisation.
Ensure that IT Service Management for Delivery Service meet the Service Level Agreements agreed with the stakeholders.
Adhere to the organization's strategy for managing SAP systems and the policies, standards, procedures and methods necessary to implement the strategy
Understand the DevOps Process and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Capable leadership to deliver small-size and moderate complex system implementations, within cross-functional projects that allow the business to reach its strategic objectives in a cost-effective way.
Able to translate business requirement /demand into technical specification.
Ensures technical documentation according to Takeda Quality Management System (QMS), Software Development Life Cycle, and Project Life Cycle standards.
Ensures delivered solutions are compliant with associated federal regulations (SOX, OFCCP, labour laws, GMP, GxP, GCP, etc.).
Establish relationships with relevant colleagues from Global Functions within the Global IT Organization and leads change in analyzing and guiding on solutions within ongoing processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of IT work experience, on interfaces/software development experience.
Proficient hands-on experience in implementing B2B solutions using IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, ABAP Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP, and JMS adapters, including UDFs coding, development of CPI adapter modules & ECC ABAP enhancements. JAVA/Groovy skills are a plus.
Technical expertise in multiple SAP/JDE solution areas with focus on CPI / BTP-IS and logistics processes.
Development experience, including development delivery for full lifecycle implementations for major application implementation; from project initiation till handover to operations.
Capable of understanding and designing of the technical solution from requirements gathering, technical design through to code level and promoting up through the SAP landscape ensuring compliance to all development and regulatory standards.
Communication - ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
Data Management - ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact-based decisions.
Analytical Skills - ability to analyse a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
SAP Ariba integration
